TRade expo opportunities



The 2017 Papua New Guinea International Business Summit will include a Trade Expo for organisations who wish to create an outstanding presence at the event.



·      All booths will have a premium location in the main foyer outside the main conference hall. Catering for all breaks will take place in this area, to maximise traffic to the stands


·      The organisers are committed to an Expo that will enhance the delegate experience at the event. As a result, we reserve the right to refuse Expo bookings from companies who we do not think are a good fit for this audience


·      There will be a maximum of 30 booths. We can also accommodate for double-booths


·      3m x 2m Octonorm shell (see image below), fascia company sign/stand number, lighting and power


·      Catering for up to two staff (but not access to the summit itself) – morning tea, lunch and evening drinks reception on both days (Note: this does not include the Gala Dinner)


·      Additional Expo services: once your booking is confirmed we’ll put you in touch with our Brisbane-based Expo service provider who will endeavour to satisfy any additional requirements you may have for your booth.


·      Booths will be available for set-up from 12 midday on 31 August 2016 (half day before Day 1 of the summit).


Cost per booth is AUD$3,000 plus GST, per stand, payable within 10 working days of booking.
